Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions of Business ("The Terms") and the Order set out the entire agreement between you (“The Customer”) and Clearly Unique (“The Company”). Please read these terms carefully.

 

1. DELIVERY

 

Orders are processed via Order Form, Text Message, and Email/live chat during normal office hours unless there is a problem that requires further verification by a billing specialist. It is possible we may need to call you to verify your order. We will deliver your order as soon as possible and if there is a problem we will contact you  to get your order to you in a timely manner.

 

Office hours are Monday thru Sundays 10AM - 6PM.

 

When contacting us about your order please include your Full Name and Items Ordered to speed up the process. We receive a lot of orders a week and your email address and/or name alone may not quickly identify your order. To ensure that we receive your inquiry, do NOT send us email with attachments.

2. SHIPPING

 

• Freight collect. Buyer shoulders shipping cost for orders and returns.

• Goods travels at buyer’s risk.  Our responsibility ceases when merchandise is handed to the courier.

• Money transfer on items for shipment.  Items are released only after we verify the payment.

• Contact Us for money transfer.

• Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

• Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.

• International Shipping Information is available upon request.

3. PAYMENT

 

• Payment for goods may be required when ordering in full or up front.

• Payment for goods are available only on Cash On Delivery and Remittance Centers (e.g. Western Union, Cebuana Lhuillier, LBC)

• The Company reserves the right to increase a quoted fee in the event that the client requests a variation to the work agreed.

4. WARRANTY

 

• Item compatibility is buyer’s responsibility.

• Check all items upon receipt.

• NO Cash Refund.

• All items/claims for warranty are carry-in.

• Mishandled, improperly integrated, physical damage (burnt, dent, cracked) voids the warranty.

• Tampered warranty sticker voids the warranty.

• Overclocking may void the warranty.

• Items for warranty must be complete with original contents/packaging and accompanied by warranty receipt.

• Defective items for warranty are subject for pull out and RMA services.

 

5. COMMUNICATION

 

We have several different e-mail addresses for different queries. These, and other contact information, can be found on our “Contact Us” link on our website or via Company literature or via Company’s stated mobile telephone numbers.

 

6. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

 

The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on out site. If there are any changes in how we use our customer’s Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our website 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

 

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclamer Notice and the Full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your salutatory rights are unaffected.
